Currently holds the post of Head of Products Viticultural Area in the General Department of Quality Certification and Farming and Agriculture of MAGRAMA.

His work is developed in the field of recognition and protection of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications for wines and spirits also.

He is currently MAGRAMA Representative of the Regulatory Council of the PDO “Jumilla”. Actively participates in working group meetings in Brussels, especially in the Wine Management Committee, Working Group and Wines Spirits Committee. Also present at meetings of various working groups of the OIV (International Organisation of Vine and Wine) and General Assemblies of it.

 VICENTE SOTÉS 

Doctor Agronomist Professor of Viticulture at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (since 1984). He has conducted research projects on the vine and its cultivation (Characterization of varieties, water requirements and irrigation effectiveness, training and pruning systems, soil management and cropping systems and Zoning wine). He has published, as author or co-author more than 160 scientific articles. Member of the Spanish Official Delegation to the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) since 1991; Chairman of the Group of Experts Middle Viticultural environment and climate change (2007-2012), President of the Viticulture (2012-2015) Commission and now Vice President. Winegrower own vineyards in the Rioja DOCa. Contributor, as External Advisor, with wine companies for the establishment and cultivation of vineyards.

 RAFAEL MARTINEZ FONT 

He holds a expert in vegetal production and microbiology at the University Miguel Hernández. He is currently professor of these subjects at the Polytechnic School of Orihuela since 2000. He has worked on numerous research and development projects and published numerous articles in international journals on victiculture, Granates, etc

 ADRIAN M. CUTILLAS 

He has been the Director of “Murcia Research Institute and Agricultural Development and Foo”d (imida) key on the latest research related to viticulture in the Spanish East and in particular with the variety Monastrell space, on which they have done extensive research on mass selection , irrigation, clones, etc. This center also has contributed to numerous international studies with publications of all kinds and is considered one of the best connoisseurs of the variety in its current condition.

 DAVID BROOKES 

Is a freelance wine journalist contributing to Australian Gourmet Traveller WINE, Wine Companion and several other international publications. Originally from North Canterbury, New Zealand, David now lives in South Australia’s Barossa Valley where he is the principal consultant at Wine Marketing Labs, providing brand management, digital strategy and in-bound marketing services for wineries and regions across Australia. With 22 years in the wine industry his experience spans retail, wholesale, winery, secondary market and brand management. He is a sought-after judge on the Australian and international wine show circuit judging at around 10 major and regional wine shows a year. David was awarded Dux of the prestigious Len Evans Tutorial in 2011. His work in social media marketing in the wine industry has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Techcrunch and Mashable. He was also one of five businesses featured in Twitter’s initial “Twitter Business 101” benchmark study.

 GARANCE MARCANTONI 

A degree in oenology from the School of Agriculture of Montpellier. He has worked as winemaker in Limoux and Switzerland and developed multiple research papers d’Aix en Provence, Suze-la-Rousse et Besançon and even a 2-year project in Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. Since 1997 he is responsible for projects organic farming and viticulture in the Var Chamber of Agriculture.

 FRANCISCO CALVO DOMÍNGUEZ 

He holds a degree in oenology from the University Miguel Hernandez and Diploma in Biology from the University of Leon. It has also been trained as a professional sommelier in the Fourth Edition of the Course of the Spanish Union of Tasters at the Chamber of Commerce of Alicante.

His work experience travel to Bordeaux, Australia, Napa Valley, Argentina, Chile, Toledo or Rias Baixas, which gives a wine cosmopolitan that matches his passion for wine.

In this case, the output will represent US Monastrell.

 CARLOS GONZÁLEZ 

The current Director of Grupo Peñín tasting and its famous guide. His experience as Spanish wines may not be outstanding, but their knowledge is notable in Argentine and Chilean wines, countries where guidance has been expanding. With over 10 years experience in the guide, he is one of the best witnesses of the evolution of oenology and Spanish wines.

 JUAN CARLOS LÓPEZ DE LA CALLE

 JORGE ORDÓÑEZ 

From its Malaga muscat, promoting a high quality dry and sweet wines, Ordoñez work is outstanding in recent years in Spain.  LUIS J. PÉREZ PRIETO

 PACO PARDO 

Specialist in Viticulture and Enology Enology School of Madrid. Degree in Chemistry and Bachelor Degree from the University of Valencia. Doctor in chemistry from the University of Murcia. Technical and Quality Jumilla Bodegas San Isidro BSI, Director since June 1983.

Associate Professor of the School of Agricultural Engineering of Cartagena from October 2000 until September 2002, in oenology courses.  M. TARI

In Germany and Austria the Weinakademiker certificate (with the Schloss Vollrads Award for the best results), and at London he became member of the Institute of Masters of Wine (with the Errazuriz Award for the best paper on Business of Wine). He followed other wine specialisation studies at Jerez, Beaune, Napa Valley and Bordeaux. He is columnist at magazines in Belgium and Spain, and writes for magazines in Italy, UK, Switzerland, France and USA. Co-Chair for Spain and for Sherry at Decanter World Wine Awards (UK). Chair and Senior jury at international competitions such as Concours Mondial Bruxelles, Bacchus, Copa Jerez (Spain), Mundus Vini (Germany), and others in Portugal, Czech Republic, Italy, France, etc. Elected Member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Masters of Wine, the Council of the Spanish Taster Union and the Board of the International Federation of Wine Journalists.  RAFAEL DEL REY

Currently and since September 2001: Medical Specialist in Endocrinology and Nutrition Department at the University Hospital San Juan (Alicante)

Regarding his career he has participated in numerous forums and groups related to diabetes, endocrinology and nutrition and conducted numerous research, published articles in national and international journals. These include the participation in various committees as a member of the Commission and Clinical Nutrition, University Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca.
